Si bien es cierto que está llegando sin prisas, ya hay muchos desarrolladores centrados en crear aplicaciones diseñadas para la última versión de Android. Buena prueba de ello son los launchers que ya existen, buena cuenta de ellos dimos hace poco en un repaso sobre el tema. Dentro de este mundillo una de las mejores opciones, en mi humilde opinión, es Nova Launcher. Versátil, con muchas opciones de personalización pero sobre todo rápido. Su creador ya tiene experiencia en Android, véase WidgetLocker, y la última actualización de este launcher viene con algunas novedades muy útiles e interesantes. Lo que más destacada de esta nueva versión es la optimización para tablets, un aspecto que llevaba tiempo pendiente. También se ha añadido la posibilidad de hacer widgets de 1x1, confiurar la transparencia del menú de aplicaciones así como personalizarlo, aunque para esto último tendremos que comprar la versión de pago. Otra novedad bastante interesante es la posibilidad de arrastrar diferentes aplicaciones de golpe para copiarlas en el escritorio o en una carpeta. También podremos añadir atajos de sistema en el propio menú de aplicaciones.
